Work on scalable architecture Comfandi, a transnational agency, in partnership with a major company, is looking for a Backend Development Engineer available to relocate to Spain. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain backend services using modern technologies. Work with SQL and NoSQL databases. Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker. Implement and maintain microservice architectures. Enhance and debug live systems to ensure stability and performance. Optimize system performance and resolve production environment issues. Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Ensure high code quality standards through testing and peer reviews. · Requirements: More than 5 years of backend development experience, with proven expertise in scalable and high-quality solutions. Technical, technological, or professional education in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Development, or related fields. Conversational English proficiency. Strong programming skills in Python. Proficiency in the C programming language. Experience in internal operating system development. Experience in microservice architecture. Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB. Practical experience with Docker for containerization. Functional knowledge of Linux operating systems. Desirable experience in DevOps practices and on-premise infrastructure. Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks from start to finish. Valid passport and willingness to reside in Barcelona. Conditions: Monthly salary of EUR 6,000. Indefinite-term contract. Working hours from Monday to Friday. On-site position in Barcelona, Spain.
