We are a growing Fintech specialized in digital microloans. If you have experience in portfolio recovery and thrive on challenges with excellent earnings potential, this opportunity is for you. What will you do in this role? Manage portfolios across different stages: preventive, administrative, and written-off. Contact clients to negotiate effective payment agreements. Apply persuasion strategies for portfolio recovery. Meet collection targets and performance indicators. What we seek in you Minimum 1 year of verifiable collections experience (mandatory). Experience managing portfolios across various delinquency ranges. Negotiation skills and ability to handle difficult clients. Availability to work on-site. Proactive attitude, results orientation, and excellent communication skills. Compensation and Benefits Base salary: COP $1,750,905 + statutory benefits On-site work bonus: COP $160,000 Monthly uncapped performance-based commissions The better your performance, the higher your earnings!
