The selected candidate will be responsible for executing recruitment and selection processes, ensuring the hiring of suitable personnel for the company’s various departments. **Main Responsibilities:** * Posting job openings on various employment platforms and professional networks. * Preliminary screening and filtering of resumes according to requested profiles. * Conducting competency-based interviews and administering psychometric tests. * Monitoring compliance with the company’s established selection processes. * Coordinating with requesting departments to ensure timely vacancy coverage. **Requirements:** * Technical or Technological degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. * Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in recruitment and selection processes. * Proficiency in employment platforms and assessment tools. * Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. **Working Conditions:** * Contract type: Indefinite-term contract. * Work modality: 100% remote. * Salary: $1,750,905 + $249,095 connectivity allowance. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Employment type: Full-time Workplace: On-site employment
