Results-oriented approach, emphasis on order and continuous improvement in logistics. **What will be your purpose?** Coordinate warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring control, organization, and product availability, as well as timely dispatch fulfillment and efficient support to stores, sales, and logistics. **What will you do in this role?** * Coordinate daily warehouse operations. * Monitor inventory receipts, issuances, and transfers. * Supervise product receiving, storage, and dispatch. * Ensure accuracy between physical inventory and system records. * Conduct and lead periodic physical inventory counts. * Identify stockouts, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. * Coordinate the warehouse and logistics team. * Ensure adherence to dispatch timelines. * Generate inventory and operational reports. * Maintain order, organization, and control within the warehouse. **What are we looking for?** * Technician, technologist, or professional degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum **2–3 years** of experience in warehousing, inventory, or logistics. * Knowledge of inventory control, turnover, and physical counting. * Intermediate Excel skills and ERP system proficiency (Odoo preferred). * Leadership, organizational skills, and results orientation. **You’ll identify with us if…** * You value order, control, and precision. * You enjoy leading operational teams. * You are agile in solving day-to-day problems. * You are motivated by results and continuous improvement.
