Prepare selection reports Selection Analyst Job Description: We are looking for a Selection Analyst responsible for comprehensively managing recruitment and personnel selection processes, ensuring the attraction of suitable talent aligned with the company's needs. Main Responsibilities: • Execute recruitment and selection processes (job posting, resume screening, interviews, assessments). • Conduct competency-based interviews. • Coordinate and follow up on psychometric and technical assessments. • Verify employment references. • Prepare selection reports. Requirements: • Psychology or Administration student, minimum 7th semester onwards. • Minimum one year of experience in selection processes, preferably within staffing agencies. • Knowledge of mass and competency-based interviews. • Proficiency in office productivity tools .
