If you have the qualities and drive to lead yourself or teams, there are roles ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level. **Job Description:** This position performs general office duties respective to the supported group, such as data manipulation, planning, package handling, shipping, auditing, inventory, customer support, operations support, etc. He/She performs other tasks as requested. **Job Profile** : 9066 \- Order Processing Rep I **Responsibilities:** * Ensure my own safety and that of my colleagues; participate in the company's health and safety activities. * Track product receipt and print pre-alerts. * Deliver documentation for product release. * Report incoming import returns. * Report anomalies detected during product receipt. * Process shipments in the system. * Conduct physical cycle counts of inventories. * Deliver daily conditioning orders. * Process product location changes (spare parts and/or accessories) in the system. * Generate movement reports for billing and metrics. * Validate and update quality statuses of all packaging record documentation against physical items. * Comply with SOP/WI guidelines. * Complete all required training in QN, H\&S, and other areas mandated by the company. * Archive documentation related to processes inherent to this position. * Ensure my own safety and that of my colleagues; participate in the company's health and safety activities. * Ensure compliance with scheduled inventories set by both operations and quality departments. * Ensure product, batch, and/or serial traceability in the WMS. * Provide timely and respectful responses to both internal and external customers. * Ensure delivery generation processes according to customer requests. **Qualifications:** High school diploma. On-site in Bogotá. Schedule: (44 hours per week) 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
