What We’re Looking For: ✔ 5+ years of software development experience. ✔ Experience in software architecture and designing scalable solutions. ✔ Knowledge and hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure). ✔ Extensive backend development experience with technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Java, Python, .NET, Go, or similar. ✔ Frontend development experience with JavaScript and modern frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue. ✔ Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases. ✔ Experience with APIs, microservices, and best development practices. ✔ Knowledge of Docker, Git, and CI/CD processes. ✔ Ability to lead technical decisions and work autonomously. We Especially Value: Experience in scalable architectures and high-concurrency systems. Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, automation, and integrations. Ability to align business objectives with technological solutions. It is essential to be innovative, committed to continuous improvement, and results-oriented. What We Offer: Location: Bogotá (residency in the city is mandatory). Work Mode: Hybrid. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract.
