Position Summary: Intern for internal communications management, content creation, and support for brand ambassador programs at Wacam, Mondelēz International. Key Highlights: 1. Internal communications schedule and channel management. 2. Development of internal communication campaigns and content. 3. Support for the Mondelovers brand ambassador program. Job Description **Responsibilities:** * Manage the internal communications schedule for all of Wacam. * Manage internal channels and publishing. * Respond to communication requests; adapt assets and content. * Develop internal communication campaigns. * Update metrics. * Support content management for the Mondelovers brand ambassador program. Requirements: * Design, PowerPoint, Excel (at least basic), Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Premiere, Photoshop), social media content creation (internal and external), strong writing skills, and interpersonal relationship abilities. * Social Communication, Graphic Design, Business Administration (verify the above skills).
