To drive this effort, we are seeking a Web Developer \& Site Administrator who brings technical expertise, creativity, and strong attention to detail. You will own the planning, development, and maintenance of our websites and internal web platforms (mainly WordPress and Python/Django), ensuring they are fast, secure, stable, and user\-friendly. **Key Responsibilities** * **Needs Assessment \& Site PlanningWebsite \& Platform DevelopmentCross\-Functional CollaborationWordPress \& CMS ManagementTracking, Analytics \& ReportingAutomation \& Systems Integration** * Identify, analyse, and document the technical and functional requirements for websites and internal platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals, user needs, and SEO best practices. * Design, build, maintain, and optimise secure, responsive, and user\-friendly websites and internal portals, ensuring strong performance, accessibility, and cross\-browser/device compatibility. * Collaborate closely with designers, content creators, developers, and leadership to deliver digital platforms that are on\-brand and aligned with strategic business objectives. * Manage and optimise WordPress\-based websites, including theme and plugin configuration, performance optimisation, security hardening, backups, and version updates, ensuring platform stability and scalability. * Implement and maintain accurate tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, and other analytics tools. * Create clear dashboards and reports that translate data into actionable insights for marketing and leadership. * Use tools such as Zapier (or similar automation platforms) to connect websites with CRMs, email marketing tools, and internal systems, streamlining workflows and reducing manual operational tasks. **Requirements:** * English level **B2 or higher**. * Strong experience with **WordPress** (themes, plugins, performance, security). * Solid **frontend** skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Vue, React. * Practical experience with **Python/Django** for maintenance and small features. * Knowledge of **WCAG** accessibility standards. * Understanding of **web security best practices** (incl.
