The individual will support internal customer service and resolution, ensuring accurate application, review, and tracking of transactions within corporate platforms. **Responsibilities:** * Enter and update information in databases and internal systems. * Manage processes related to payments, applications, and adjustments in the system. * Review and validate financial or administrative information prior to processing. * Receive, analyze, and resolve internal customer requests. * Track requests until proper resolution is achieved. * Maintain organized and up-to-date records on corporate platforms. * Support administrative activities related to the department. **Qualifications:** Technical, technological, or professional degree in accounting, finance, or related fields. (Preferred) 6 months of experience in related roles or functions.
