Use of AI to optimize creative content processes At OFIMA SAS, a leader in Enterprise Software Solutions with over 35 years of experience, we are looking for a Content Manager and Community Manager to produce relevant content for our B2B audience (software sector, community management, AI for sales) and manage our social media channels. The candidate will be responsible for creating text and video content, managing communities, engaging with audiences, measuring performance, and collaborating with the marketing team. Key Responsibilities: Create written and audiovisual content for blog, social media, and educational materials, with an SEO focus and tailored to buyer personas and the B2B funnel. Manage social media profiles (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, etc.), respond to interactions, and strengthen community engagement. Schedule content, analyze engagement metrics, and identify opportunities or reputation-related alerts. Design onboarding and customer retention materials jointly with Customer Success. Develop content for email marketing campaigns (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU) and client communications. Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to optimize creative and content processes. Requirements: 2 years of experience in content creation and social media management. Excellent Spanish writing skills, basic knowledge of content SEO and social media metrics. Ability to work collaboratively and adapt quickly to change. Working Conditions: Work Location: Medellín, Antioquia. Work Modality: On-site. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM. Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract. Salary: To be agreed upon.
