Strong technical BI development skills combined with clear user experience sensitivity and data storytelling ability. This role presents an opportunity to lead analytics projects that directly impact strategic decision-making—building solutions that not only inform but also inspire action. #### **Responsibilities** * Build dashboards in Power BI Desktop and publish them to Power BI Service, ensuring optimal quality and performance. * Implement advanced interactions, drill-downs, and cross-visualization filters for seamless analytical experiences. * Integrate Power Automate to configure automatic alerts for deadlines and critical thresholds. * Design high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes representing the visual architecture of dashboards. * Build navigable Power BI prototypes for executive presentations. * Define the project’s visual design system (color palette, typography, reusable components). * Apply data visualization principles across all deliverables to ensure clarity and impact. * Lead usability testing with end users across different roles and translate findings into concrete improvements. #### **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Data Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 4 years of dedicated Power BI development experience, including design of data analysis experiences and highly complex visual executive dashboards.
