Machine operation and handling of sportswear garments **JOIN OUR WORK TEAM!** A textile (garment manufacturing) company requires a FLATSEAMER OPERATOR for its workforce, with a minimum of 1–2 years of experience in flatseamer operational processes and knowledge of machine operation and sportswear garment handling. Main responsibilities include: Interpreting the counter-sample and technical specification to validate operations requiring flatseaming Producing counter-samples and requesting quality auditor review prior to initiating production, and reporting any anomalies Ensuring assembly complies with the company’s quality standards Delivering products organized by size Promptly reporting anomalies (shortages, replenishments) to the plant assistant or coordinator Reporting units against assigned production targets Carrying out tasks assigned by the supervisor to achieve organizational objectives Salary: $1.950.000 + transportation allowance + all statutory social benefits Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
