If you are interested in reviewing job openings to connect professionally with Comfama, we recommend visiting our website www.comfama.com and selecting the "Work With Us" option. **Job Mission:** To lead and optimize administrative management through control, monitoring, and support for managerial decision-making. **Job Responsibilities:** We are seeking candidates with a minimum of two years’ experience to fill the position of Administrative Director. **Academic Qualifications:** * Professional degree in Business Administration, Administrative Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Financial Engineering, or related fields. **Specific Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise the organization’s administrative processes. * Consolidate operational, administrative, and basic financial information for managerial reports. * Monitor indicators, goals, and work plans across departments. * Prepare reports, minutes, presentations, and documentation for managerial meetings. * Track interdepartmental commitments, requests, and activities. **Knowledge Requirements:** * Skills in planning, organizing, monitoring, and effective communication. * Knowledge of administrative management, indicator tracking, document control, accounting, and corporate finance. * Training in project management (preferred). **Salary:** Range between COP 4,500,000 to COP 6,000,000 + statutory benefits. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (with flexibility according to role requirements). **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term contract. **Work Location:** Bello, Antioquia.
