Our business model focuses on the customer and sustainable development, meaning it is economically viable, respects people, and is environmentally friendly and responsible. **General objective of the role/position** Coordinate the various financial activities defined by the corporate office and consolidate financial information from the Caribbean and Central America Region (RCCA), ensuring the quality and timeliness of information for internal and external customers. **Responsibilities of the role/position** * Coordinate and monitor accounting closing activities in the Caribbean Region to ensure adherence to the established schedule. * Manage solutions for findings arising from the Consolidation area’s validation process, resolving them to ensure the quality and timeliness of the closing. * Consolidate the regional financial information for submission to the VP of Finance and RCCA managers. * Participate in developing financial processes to contribute to their standardization across all regions. * Support the definition of targets for variable compensation indicators so they reflect operational measurement needs. * Communicate, consolidate, and validate the RCCA Finance variable compensation indicators’ data to ensure timely delivery to Human Resources Management. * Participate in developing the budget schedule to ensure alignment with corporate deliverables. * Communicate and coordinate activities related to country-level, regional, and corporate budget preparation to ensure timely and reliable delivery. * Prepare the regional budget figures to deliver information as defined. * Serve as the communication channel between operations and the corporate office to resolve any questions or concerns regarding metrics. * Prepare consolidated reports for Investor Relations to deliver required information to stakeholders. * Prepare and deliver RCCA innovation-related revenue data to support measurement of achievement against defined targets. * Understand and receive RCCA acquisition-related financial information to adopt and harmonize it. * Share management schedules and deliverables to ensure understanding and timely submission of required information. * Monitor approved CAPEX across the various operations within the Region. **Education** Academic level: Specialization Field of study: Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or Administrative Engineering **Technical knowledge and certifications** Advanced Excel **Area of experience** 3 to 6 years**Languages** English B2 – Intermediate We are an equal opportunity employer.
