You will support cash application, customer credit movements, refunds, credit allocation, future credits, accounts receivable reconciliation, and daily monitoring to ensure reports and other activities are completed on time. You will accurately record all transactions in local systems. You will serve as a liaison between departments and perform other tasks as requested. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze payments to ensure funds are allocated timely per customer requests across multiple business units. * Contact customers via email or phone to ensure timely resolution. * Investigate multiple UPS systems as needed to resolve issues. Education and Work Experience: * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. * Minimum 6 months of accounting experience.
