We are looking for an Industrial Assembly Mechanic committed to industrial quality and safety to join a leading company in the metal-mechanical sector. Must be available to travel as required to various plants in Medellín, locally and nationwide; travel allowances, accommodation, and meals will be provided. What Are We Looking For? Education: Technical degree in Welding, Industrial Mechanics, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in industrial assembly and installation of metal machinery and structures. Knowledge: Blueprint interpretation, assembly of metal structures, equipment leveling and alignment, basic welding (MIG, shielded metal arc, or similar), use of hand and power tools. What We Offer: Salary: COP $2,376,830 + COP 249,000 transportation allowance + statutory benefits. Contract Type: Project-based employment. Location: Medellín. Schedule: Rotating shifts / Shifts according to operational needs. Per diems when applicable. Willingness to travel within Medellín and nationwide.
