Data recording and completion of forms An industrial food company is seeking a Warehouse Assistant with a minimum of 1 year of experience and availability for rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) to perform the following duties: · - Meat specifications (temperatures, packaging requirements, cut identification). - Computer and system or application operation. - Use of thermometers and temperature measurement. - Completion of forms and data recording. - Legal requirements for invoices. - Requirements for transporters (Mintransporte Resolution 002505 of 2004). - Purchase order (quantity, specification). - Refrigeration equipment (components, how the equipment operates). - Product location, distribution, and rotation (FIFO). - Product identification and traceability. - Raw material purchase entry. - Production order scheduling and settlement. - Internal transfers. - Month-end closing. - Inventory control. - Submission of reports to accounting. - Billing for by-product and waste sales. - Identification of occupational hazards and environmental aspects, and implementation of applicable occupational health and environmental operational controls for production activities. · Schedule: Three rotating shifts—morning, afternoon, and night—from Sunday to Sunday, with one compensatory day per week.
