Academic Qualifications: Technical or technological degree in Culinary Arts, Gastronomy, or related fields. Job Mission: Coordinate and supervise kitchen operations, ensuring proper food preparation, storage, and distribution; compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); and adherence to organizational quality and food safety standards. Responsibilities: \- Coordinate daily kitchen staff activities, assigning tasks and verifying their completion. \- Supervise the receipt, storage, and preservation of raw materials and supplies. \- Verify quantities, quality, and expiration dates of received food items. \- Ensure food preparation, serving, and distribution according to the standard menu, menu cycles, and established portion sizes. \- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food hygiene and safety regulations. Knowledge Requirements: \- Food Handling Certification. \- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). \- Excel proficiency. Professional Competencies: Teamwork and leadership. Salary: $2\.400\.000 \+ current statutory benefits. Contract Type: Project-based or task-based. Work Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating shifts. Work Location: Medellín, Robledo.
