The marketing, administration, or related-field technician/technologist we require for our team aims to provide users with sound advice and service in the sale of lenses, frames, accessories, spare parts, and other items—ensuring coverage of customers’ needs and expectations and achieving their loyalty. Responsibilities: Ensure warm, friendly, respectful, and timely attention to all users and customers of the optical service; perform technical receipt of frames and accessories, verifying quantities and condition and reporting any inconsistencies; contact users and customers by phone to inform them that their order is complete and ready for pickup, or, where applicable, arrange home delivery or shipment to the corresponding destination city.
