Academic Qualifications: Technical degree in gastronomy, baking, or pastry (graduated or currently studying). · Job Mission: Support the head baker in ensuring completion of assigned preparations and requests in the baking area. · Professional Competencies: Teamwork, proactivity, commitment, and responsibility. Responsibilities: - Assist the head baker in daily departmental activities. - Prepare cake batters. - Make toppings for bakery products. - Prepare desserts according to established instructions. - Produce cookie items. Salary: $1,750,905 + current statutory benefits. Contract Type: Project-based or task-based contract.
