Job Summary: We are seeking a Promoter with a TAT profile to support sales representatives, implement and rotate products at points of sale, and meet sales quotas. Key Highlights: 1. Portfolio management and achievement of sales quotas We are looking for a Promoter with a TAT profile to provide external support to sales representatives. Responsibilities: implementation at points of sale product rotation offering the product portfolio. planning and achieving the sales quotas established for customers within their territory. Academic Qualification: High school diploma Experience: At least 6 months of promotion experience at points of sale, including TAT field support, portfolio management, product displays, and point-of-sale implementation Salary: COP $1,750,905 per month plus statutory transportation allowance. Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (two Sundays per month), 8 hours per day, aligned with the assigned location—typically from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, or 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. -Requirements- Minimum Education: High School Diploma / Secondary Education Less than 1 year of experience
