Job Summary: A prominent service company in La Estrella is seeking an experienced kitchen assistant to support food preparation for elderly adults, ensuring quality and hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of order and cleanliness in the work area A prominent service-sector company located in the municipality of La Estrella seeks a kitchen assistant with a minimum of 12 months’ experience in food preparation. The purpose of this position is to support food preparation for elderly adults while ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards. · Academic qualification: High school diploma with food handling certification. · Specific responsibilities: - Assist in food preparation. - Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. - Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. - Perform mise en place for food preparation. - Support food preparation for approximately 140 people. · Required knowledge: - Hygienic food handling (GMP standards). - Basic cutting techniques and knife handling. - Preparation of mise en place. - Teamwork. - Organization and ability to work under pressure. · Salary: $1.750.905 + transportation allowance + social benefits. Work schedule: Rotating shifts; Shift 1: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Shift 2: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Work is scheduled from Sunday to Sunday, with one compensatory day per week. Contract type: Indefinite-term contract.
