Teamwork and service orientation A prominent company in the gastronomic sector requires a Kitchen Assistant with a minimum of 1 year of experience in kitchen and service roles at restaurants, performing food and beverage preparation and customer service. · Academic qualification: Completed high school diploma (Graduated). Responsibilities: - Carry out restaurant opening and closing procedures according to established guidelines. - Perform general cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the work area. - Prepare mise en place and assist in daily food and beverage production. - Provide customer service in accordance with service standards. - Operate the cash register, process payments, and perform cash counts. - Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe work environment. - Support restaurant operations and collaborate as part of a team to ensure efficient service. · Knowledge requirements: - Mise en place. - Basic food and beverage preparation. - Cash register operation. - Basic food hygiene and handling standards.
