Manage achievement of microcredit targets and the business plan A key partner company is seeking a Microfinance Director with four (4) years of professional experience in the microcredit and microfinance sector, leading strategic and commercial processes. · Academic background: Professional degree in administrative, economic, or related fields. · Requirements and/or knowledge for the position: Strategy and management of microfinance. Current financial sector regulations. Comprehensive credit management (origination, monitoring, and portfolio). Financial mathematics and analysis of management indicators (KPIs). Advanced proficiency in office software tools. · Mission of the position: Strategically direct the Microfinance unit to expand and consolidate a profitable and sustainable portfolio, ensuring regulatory compliance and implementation of best practices, thereby positively impacting the organization’s key performance indicators. · Responsibilities: Manage achievement of established targets for the Microcredit Unit according to variables defined by the cooperative. Prepare the Unit’s business plan aligned with the organization’s strategy. Evaluate and monitor microcredit processes to implement best practices in accordance with internal policies. Design commercial strategies enabling expansion of coverage and creation of new markets based on zoning. Develop sales strategies and consolidate the Microcredit Unit’s product and service portfolio. · Professional competencies: Leadership, teamwork, assertive communication, decision-making, problem-solving. · Salary: $6,000,000 - $7,000,000 + current statutory benefits. Contract type: Indefinite-term contract.
