Ready to take the next step in your career? At Hatch Medellín, we are currently seeking Civil / Structural Engineering professionals — highly motivated individuals to join our PDG team. Qualifications and Skills: * Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, RAM Connection, S\-Foundatio, S\-Concrete, STAAD Foundation). * Prior experience designing steel and reinforced concrete structures for the industrial sector (mining, Oil \& Gas, energy, infrastructure). * Familiarity with local and international standards, codes, and/or specifications (NSR\-10, AISC, ACI, ASCE, CSA, among others). * Proven leadership ability to guide and lead a team of engineers and designers to deliver high-quality work. * Strong communication skills; must coordinate and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and team members under supervision. * Advanced English proficiency * Minimum 6 years of structural design experience Why Join Us? * Work with incredible people to make a real impact * Collaborate on exciting projects to develop innovative solutions * We are an employer of choice What We Offer: * Long-term professional development * Think globally, act locally Don’t meet all the requirements?
