Job Summary: This Apprentice role in Talent Acquisition focuses on supporting the recruitment and selection process, as well as generating reports to attract talent. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain ongoing contact with universities to attract talent Apprentice Talent Acquisition About the Role Provide support for assigned activities in the recruitment, selection, and reporting processes to facilitate and accelerate talent attraction efforts. What You Will Do: * Manage the selection process for interns and apprentices at your site under the guidance of your leader. Schedule alignment meetings to understand required profiles, search for candidates at universities and institutes, contact them to schedule interviews, and send psychometric assessments. * Ensure the hiring of interns and apprentices at your site. * Attend university and educational institute job fairs and maintain ongoing contact with them to secure optimal candidate options and resumes for interns and apprentices. * Support the recruitment process: post job openings, screen resumes, and conduct telephone screenings. * Administer psychometric and language tests: schedule, administer, and verify results on the platform. Maintain an updated and consolidated control dashboard for all active and closed vacancies to monitor their status at the regional level. * Who We Are Looking For: * Student pursuing a technical or technological program in Human Resources or administrative fields.
