If you’re motivated by working on products with tangible impact and solving complex challenges, this could be your next step. ### **Purpose of the Role:** * You will be responsible for supporting the execution of basic configuration and implementation tasks for the Fracttal platform for customers in Colombia and other assigned markets, contributing to the proper onboarding of accounts. Your work forms part of the operational foundation that sustains a consistent customer experience across all countries where Fracttal operates. ### **Your Mission:** Basic Configuration Execute initial platform configuration tasks (user loading, asset loading, catalog loading) following specifications defined by the assigned Implementation Consultant. Perform basic functionality testing before delivery to the customer. Implementation Support Support gathering customer information and updating project status in defined tools. Assist in end-user training sessions under the guidance of a senior consultant. Learning and Improvement Document questions or findings during implementation to provide feedback to the team and improve activation processes. Innovation and Efficiency Use artificial intelligence tools to support documentation and organization tasks, recording progress in project management and workflow platforms.
