We are looking to strengthen our team with a Quality Analyst who will contribute to the control and continuous improvement of our production processes. * Main responsibilities \- Execute quality controls on raw materials, production processes, and finished products. \- Verify compliance with applicable technical specifications and regulations (Ntc 6632\.). \- Document and report test results, analyses, and non-conformities. \- Support the implementation and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions. \- Participate in internal audits and quality certification processes. \- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Logistics departments to ensure final product quality. * Requirements Education: Technologist or professional in Plastics Engineering or related fields. Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar roles within the plastic industry (extrusion, injection, blow molding or similar). * Technical knowledge: \- Testing of physical and mechanical properties of plastic materials. \- Interpretation of drawings and technical specifications. \- Use of measuring instruments (calipers, durometers, micrometers, etc.). \- Proficient in office tools and quality management software. ***Skills:*** attention to detail, analytical thinking, effective communication, and results-oriented. * We offer Salary: $2\.000\.000 to 2\.500\.000 Legal benefits and additional extra-legal benefits.
