




**MAIN PURPOSE**: Lead and ensure the stable, secure, and continuous operation of the organization’s technological infrastructure. Coordinate and supervise Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, execute and lead preventive and corrective maintenance, manage incidents via GLPI, and ensure the availability of critical technological services and platforms. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technician or Professional in Systems, Computer Science, Networks, or related fields. * Knowledge of IT infrastructure: networks (Mikrotik, Ubiquiti), structured cabling, UPS, CCTV, PBX, Windows/Linux servers. * Experience in Level 1 and Level 2 technical support. * Proficiency in GLPI or other ITSM tools. * Knowledge of HIS/HC platforms (desirable). * Strong ability to produce and maintain technical and incident documentation. **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Fixed-term contract for 6 months with a high probability of renewal. **WORK SCHEDULE**: Monday to Saturday, with availability to ensure management of critical technological services.
