Transportation company with 25 years in the market requires Traffic Assistant. Objective: Ensure daily traceability of vehicles dispatched from any origin, guaranteeing safe and timely delivery of goods. 12-hour shifts: 2 nights, 2 days, 2 rest days, and availability on weekends and holidays. Indefinite contract, salary: minimum wage plus transportation allowance + $400,000 bonus + overtime and holiday pay. High school graduate; preferably technician or technologist in Criminology, Security, Administration, or Accounting. Ensure the physical integrity of drivers and cargo transported and stored by the Company: a. Periodic monitoring of vehicles from loading to unloading according to the criticality matrix. b. Tracking container returns. c. Regularly send reports to internal and external clients. MUST HAVE GOOD SPELLING. d. Promptly report incidents involving security systems (GPS, satellite locks, escorts, etc.). e. Report to operations and customer service any deviations regarding itinerary compliance, mechanical damages, or any other situation disrupting normal operations. f. Activate and execute emergency and contingency plans. g. Create route plans. MUST KNOW THE COUNTRY'S MAP. h. Deactivate drivers and/or vehicles according to company-established criteria. i. Safeguard copies of facility keys. j. Periodic validation of CCTV. ADVANCED SKILLS IN MONITORING / EXCEL REQUIRED. National-level experience is important. 2.
