Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced forklift operator to operate loading machinery, ensuring proper material handling and compliance with industrial safety standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation of combustion and/or electric forklifts 2. High responsibility in material handling 3. Ensuring industrial safety and technical stacking We seek personnel experienced in operating loading machinery (combustion and/or electric), with high responsibility in material handling and compliance with industrial safety standards. Requirements to Apply: High school diploma (graduated). Certification: Valid Forklift Operator Training Course (Mandatory). Experience: 6 months to 1 year operating combustion or electric forklifts in industrial or logistics environments. Transportation: Must own a motorcycle; the company does not provide transportation services. Availability: Full availability to work rotating shifts from Sunday to Sunday. Your Main Responsibilities: Execute loading and unloading of authorized vehicles following instructions from your immediate supervisor. Ensure technical stacking of pallets, bales, and big bags to prevent collapse or material damage. Perform internal transportation of waste and materials between different areas of the plant. Operate the forklift strictly adhering to load limits and supporting material compaction processes. Working Conditions: Salary: COP $1881298 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory overtime payments + Statutory benefits. Work Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating 8-hour shifts (6 AM–2 PM / 2 PM–10 PM / 10 PM–6 AM). The company does not provide transportation; owning personal transportation is mandatory.
