A leading company in the food industry requires production, field, loading, and unloading operators for Cavasa. **Position**: Swine Slaughter and Processing Line Operator **Location**: Cavasa, Candelaria, and surrounding areas **Requirements**: * Academic background: High school diploma (any field) — Literacy required * **Experience**: 6 months of loading and unloading experience; fieldwork and/or various trades, preferably within the food industry. **Objectives**: Support the process of handling, identification, stunning, and slaughter of swine, ensuring compliance with animal welfare, safety, quality, and hygiene protocols at every stage of production. **Responsibilities**: * Unload and arrange animals, mark them, and guide them through the holding pen according to established protocols. * Drive pigs into the stunning booth and perform electrical stunning safely and under controlled conditions. * Assist in bleeding procedures, ensuring appropriate timing and proper collection and handling of blood. * Collaborate in weighing, recording, and subsequent transfer of carcasses to refrigeration or dispatch. * Perform carcass quartering when required, following the scale operator’s instructions. * Maintain clean work areas and comply with animal welfare, hygiene, and quality guidelines. **Work Schedule**: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Sunday availability as needed. **Salary**: $1,423,500 + transportation allowance + all statutory benefits + overtime pay.
