This role will be pivotal in planning, coordinating, and continuously improving urban and national transportation and distribution processes. **Requirements** **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor customer backlog and open order lines. * Design and manage efficient distribution routes in SAP or other assigned systems, ensuring receipt window compliance at the lowest possible cost. * Generate shipments, deliveries, and transport orders, ensuring correct product rotation (FEFO). * Control transportation expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities. * Coordinate vehicle procurement with authorized carriers and monitor dispatch timelines. * Monitor delivery and transfer traceability using company-assigned tools. * Ensure compliance with dispatch procedures and support floor operations as required. * Support physical inventory processes, EXW orders, and other operational activities within the department. **Education and Knowledge** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration; additional training in transportation or logistics is desirable. * Knowledge of transportation management, TMS, WMS, customer service, and inventory management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP SAP (logistics modules) experience preferred. * Familiarity with Power BI and analytical tools for trend analysis and logistics planning. **Experience** * Minimum **3 years of experience** in urban and national distribution, route planning, land transportation, billing, inventory management, and monitoring service-level agreements with carriers. * Experience in KPI generation, database management, and handling customer claims. **Languages** * English B1. **Additional Information** 100% on-site work in Tocancipá
