Job Summary: We are seeking a Pattern Maker for our Procurement Department, responsible for scheduling production orders and generating size ratios to improve efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion At Karibik, we are looking for a Pattern Maker for our Procurement Department, who will be tasked with scheduling available production orders according to the collection timeline and generating size ratios based on required units to achieve greater efficiency and reduced fabric consumption. We seek to hire a person who believes in equity, diversity, and inclusion, holds a completed high school diploma or a technical degree in Cutting and Pattern Making, Pattern Drafting, or related fields, has a minimum of two years’ experience in related positions, and possesses knowledge of Optitex and Gerber\-Accumark.
