A company in the logistics sector is looking for an Integrated Operations Analyst to perform the following functions. * Enter, review, and analyze information in the incoming goods movement form (FMMI). * Review and data entry of documents * Report the entry process to the client * Request proration or import declaration (DIM). * Request sub-item documents, gross weight, net weight, and quantity. * Request the client's freight or insurance certificate for authorization of entry at ZF. * Deliver original documentation. * Send the client the outgoing goods movement form (FMMS) and the receipt slip generated by ZF so the client can proceed with customs clearance of the cargo. * Review and verify the import declaration and enter it into the FMMS. * Deliver documents to drivers for exit from the free zone. * Perform the release declaration and the E\-franco exit form. * Enter data into Excel files for indicators. * Print documents required for vehicle clearance (Duta, Invoice, BL). * Conduct inventory analysis. Requirements: 6 to 12 months of experience.
