Logistics company located in Caldas, Antioquia, is looking for an Integrated Operations Analyst to perform the following functions. * Enter, review, and analyze information in the incoming goods movement form (FMMI). * Review and data entry of documents * Report the entry process to the client * Request prorating or import declaration (DIM). * Request sub-item documents, gross weight, net weight, and quantity. * Request from the client the freight or insurance certificate for authorization of entry at ZF. * Delivery of original documentation. * Send to the client the outgoing goods movement form (FMMS) and the receipt sheet generated by ZF so that the client can proceed to nationalize the cargo. * Review and verify the import declaration and enter it into the FMMS. * Deliver documents to drivers for exit from the free zone. * Perform the clearance declaration and the E-franco exit form. * Enter information into the Excel file for indicators. * Print documents required for vehicle opening (Duta, Invoice, BL). * Conduct inventory analysis. Requirements: 6 to 12 months of experience.
