A metal-mechanical sector company, located in Medellín, is seeking a Machinist Programmer and Operator (CNC and conventional), a person with a technical or technological education, or a professional degree, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in metal-mechanical companies in the assembly and machining of parts. Mission: Support the production process through assembly, fitting, and machining of spare parts and tools. Main responsibilities: Program and operate CNC machines according to technical drawings. Configure, calibrate, and adjust tools and equipment. Perform program testing, optimize processes, and document procedures. Operate the machining center according to drawings. Inspect parts using measuring instruments. Carry out basic equipment maintenance and report production output. Comply with industrial safety regulations and quality standards. Requirements: Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments.
