We are seeking a Project Procurement Coordinator to strengthen the Procurement and Logistics area within the Energy and Facilities Directorate, directly participating in the strategic procurement of goods and services for our projects. This position’s primary mission is to manage and coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for construction, O&M of photovoltaic solar power plants and integrated facilities, ensuring optimal quality, cost, and delivery time, and contributing to meeting project deadlines and budgets. **Main Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with technical and project teams to identify required materials, equipment, and services across different phases of photovoltaic solar projects. * Research, evaluate, and select suppliers of materials, equipment, and services, and carry out supplier qualification processes. * Negotiate commercial terms (prices, delivery schedules, payment conditions, warranties, etc.) with suppliers and formalize purchase contracts. * Monitor assigned budgets for material and equipment procurement, ensuring purchases remain within the approved budget framework. * Manage purchase orders, conduct detailed tracking of delivery timelines, and coordinate with suppliers and the logistics team to ensure timely arrival of materials. * Ensure procured materials and equipment comply with established quality regulations and technical standards, as well as sustainability requirements and environmental regulations. * Prepare periodic reports on procurement activities, order status, budget compliance, and outcomes of supplier negotiations. * Collaborate closely with Engineering, Logistics, Finance, and Project departments to ensure procurement aligns with project needs. * Coordinate all procurement activities for a photovoltaic project in collaboration with the various involved departments, following internal procedures. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field + complementary training in procurement. * Experience: Minimum 7 years in project procurement, preferably in renewable energy, construction, or infrastructure. **Technical Knowledge:** * Supplier negotiation and contract management. * Procurement, contracting processes, and applicable regulations. * ERP and procurement management tools (Microsoft 365 Business Central). **Key Competencies:** * Ability to learn and adapt quickly. * Initiative and proactivity. * Responsibility and decision-making ability. * Continuous improvement. * Results orientation. * Teamwork. **Benefits:** * Join a rapidly growing multinational company expanding internationally.
