Plan, organize, direct, and control production processes, ensuring goal achievement. Manage human talent, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation. Implement industrial safety protocols and ensure compliance. Develop and monitor budgets, optimize costs, and ensure business profitability. **Knowledge:** Production management and quality control. Industrial safety and legal regulations in the sector. Budget management and sales strategies. Communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
