If you are interested in reviewing job vacancies to connect professionally with Comfama, we recommend visiting our website www.comfama.com, under the option "Work With Us". **Job Functions:** A company dedicated to the manufacturing and distribution of nets, meshes, threads, and high-tenacity materials is seeking professional staff in Production, Industrial, Textile, and/or Quality Engineering, preferably with specialization and five (5) years of experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector—preferably textile or spinning—and having held related positions. **Mission:** To lead the comprehensive administration of the production plant, ensuring efficient operation in planning, manufacturing, and product dispatch through productivity indicators and cost control, aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives. **Functions:** * Direct and control production processes, ensuring operational efficiency, quality, and adherence to established plans. * Plan and execute production according to demand and installed capacity, managing raw materials, personnel, and equipment. * Manage inventories of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring availability and appropriate turnover. * Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance of the plant jointly with the responsible department to ensure operational continuity. * Lead continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing processes, productivity, and quality. * Develop and monitor the production budget, estimating costs and ensuring alignment with financial objectives. **Technical Knowledge:** * Production planning and scheduling. * Development of control dashboards, performance indicators, and managerial reports. * Continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen). * TPM methodologies. * Personnel management and Occupational Health and Safety management. * Office software tools, Excel, and analytical tools. **Salary:** $6,000,000 + benefits. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term contract. **Work Location:** La Estrella, Caldas Bypass, La Tablaza sector. **Requirements:** Five (5) years of experience in the industrial or textile/spinning manufacturing sector as a production leader. **Offer Conditions:** **Net Monthly Salary:** 6000000
