This kitchen assistant vacancy is for you! In a collaborative work environment, you will have the opportunity to learn and refine your skills in hot and cold kitchen, bakery, ice cream, and desserts. Responsibilities: Assist in food preparation and cooking according to recipes and established standards Support the preparation of bakery items, ice cream, and desserts Maintain cleanliness and disinfection of work areas, utensils, and equipment following hygiene regulations Collaborate in receiving, storing, and inventory control of raw materials and supplies Assist in customer service by taking orders and processing payments at the cash register when required Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and current food handling regulations Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment Requirements: High school diploma with short technical training in culinary arts, food and beverages, or related fields (preferred) Basic knowledge of hot and cold kitchen operations Experience preparing bakery items Availability to work in Caldas, Antioquia, Colombia Education level: Completed high school Salary: COP 1,800,000 + benefits + transportation allowance.
