Key duties and responsibilities include: - Performing meat cutting, deboning, and portioning. - Loading and unloading baskets containing meat products. - Handling food in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). - Keeping work areas, equipment, and tools clean and disinfected. - Verifying product quality, freshness, and stock rotation. - Providing courteous customer service, avoiding jokes or inappropriate comments. - Preparing orders according to customer requirements. - Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). - Assisting with inventory control and reporting of defective products. - Reporting unsafe conditions or incidents to the immediate supervisor. Job Title: MEAT CUTTER Minimum Salary + BONUSES Contract Type and Duration: Indefinite-term contract Work Schedule and Location: Rotating shifts: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM Work Location: Caldas, Antioquia. Minimum Educational Level: Primary education Work Experience: Minimum 10 months of verifiable experience Field of Experience: Butcher shops, handling of meat products, meat portioning. -Requirements- Minimum Education: High school diploma / Secondary education 1 year of experience
