Job Summary: We are seeking Production Operators to carry out operational activities in the metal-mechanical production process, ensuring the manufacture of functional and durable products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate machines and tools used in the metal-mechanical production process 2. Perform cutting, bending, assembly, finishing, and painting support activities 3. We are looking for Production Operators with twelve (12) months of experience in the Metal-Mechanical / Industrial Manufacturing sector, responsible for executing operational activities within the production process, contributing to meeting production plans and enhancing company efficiency. · Academic qualification: High school diploma. · Job mission: Execute operational activities of the metal-mechanical production process by operating machines, tools, and performing assembly tasks, following technical instructions, quality standards, and safety regulations, to ensure the manufacture of functional, safe, and durable finished products, supporting Rejiplas’ production planning goals. · Responsibilities: - Operate machines and tools used in the metal-mechanical production process according to job assignment. - Perform cutting, bending, assembly, finishing, or painting support activities as assigned per production line. - Verify that parts and products comply with established technical and quality specifications. - Support material preparation and workstation setup prior to production start. - Meet production timelines and volumes defined in the operational plan. · Knowledge: - Metal-mechanical production process. - Basic use of hand tools. - Operation of industrial machinery. - Basic ability to read operational instructions, technical sheets, or simple blueprints. - Identification of visible quality defects in parts and finished products. · Professional Competencies: Responsibility, task and regulation compliance, teamwork, attention to detail, and quality orientation. · Salary: $1,750,905 + current statutory benefits. Contract type: Fixed-term contract for a specific project.
