A leading company in the sector is seeking a Hot Production Operator with six (6) months of experience in productive processes in hot areas, loading/unloading, civil works, or industries such as food, plastics, metallurgy, metal mechanics, or mechanics, to strengthen plant operations and cooking processes. Academic qualification: High school diploma. Job mission: Support food production and cooking processes through raw material preparation, oven or griddle operation, and control of production processes, ensuring quality, compliance, and operational continuity. Job requirements: - Experience in production processes in hot areas. - Experience in loading/unloading or physically demanding operational tasks. - Availability to work in hot environments. - Availability to work rotating shifts and overtime. - Basic knowledge of food handling or industrial processes. - Availability to work on Sundays or holidays during night shifts when operations require it. Responsibilities: - Receive and prepare raw materials. - Assist in washing and grinding corn for dough preparation. - Collaborate in molding and organizing arepas for cooking. - Operate ovens or griddles, controlling time and temperature. - Support operational production processes in the plant. Knowledge: - Operation of ovens or griddles. Professional competencies: Teamwork, results orientation, adaptability, adherence to instructions, organization, physical endurance. Salary: $1,831,000 + legal transportation allowance $245,000 + current statutory benefits + overtime pay. Contract type: Project-based or task-based. Schedule: Rotating shifts Monday to Saturday: 5:30 AM–1:20 PM, 1:20 PM–9:30 PM, and 9:30 PM–5:30 AM. For night shifts, reporting is required on Sunday night or holiday Monday night. Availability for shifts up to 12 hours with overtime compensation.
