Analyze and resolve operational problems At NEROLI SAS, we are looking for a Production Supervisor with experience in managing production teams to supervise and optimize our processes. Your responsibilities include ensuring efficient production in compliance with quality, safety, and BPM standards; leading assigned personnel to achieve production plan targets regarding quantity, timing, and quality, while considering resource management and continuous improvement. You must possess the ability to manage and motivate work teams, demonstrate leadership and effective communication skills, and efficiently analyze and resolve operational problems. Schedule: Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts (5:30 am - 1:30 pm, 1:30 pm - 9:30 pm, 9:30 pm - 5:30 am).
