Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Control Assistant to perform sensory, physicochemical, and microbiological analyses, ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Proactive attitude and meticulous approach We are looking for a Quality Control Assistant to join our NEROLI SAS team. As a Quality Control Assistant, you will be responsible for conducting sensory, physicochemical, and microbiological analyses on raw materials, inputs, in-process products, and finished products to ensure compliance with current and applicable regulations related to GMP and GHP for products manufactured by the company. A proactive attitude and meticulous approach are required for this role. Schedule: Monday to Saturday on rotating shifts (6:00 am – 2:00 pm, 1:30 pm – 9:30 pm, 9:30 pm – 5:30 am) or Monday to Friday on extended shifts (6:00 am – 4:00 pm). Availability for both schedules is required.
