




Lead all procurement processes for goods and services of the organization complying with established policies, procedures, and legal regulations, in order to supply and satisfy the various needs of internal customers, strategically obtaining quality products and/or services at the best price according to quality parameters, timely delivery, and resource optimization. **Requirements:** Be a logistics technologist, administrative field or related Have at least 2 years of experience in purchasing. **Salary:** 2.904.251 + transportation allowance **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 5pm **Functions:** **•** Organize, coordinate and control purchase requisitions received from different internal processes of the organization. * Request quotations from suppliers that comply with the organization's established policies and manage administrative management approval. * Prepare purchase orders and coordinate required orders with suppliers. * Receive and verify to satisfaction that goods and services meet specifications and delivery times of requested orders. * Ensure timely delivery of goods and/or services to respective departments according to established policies and procedures. * Select, evaluate and monitor suppliers quantitatively and qualitatively, conducting studies and projections for new suppliers. * Analyze the organization's storage capacity and logistics to carry out different purchases, performing inventory control in the storage warehouse, including consumption indicators that allow defining quantities to order for different raw materials, supplies and materials, controlling quantities assigned to different departments to prevent waste.
