




A company located in the municipality of La Estrella is seeking a professional with a degree in Business, Marketing, or Administration to join its team, with over three years of experience in related functions. Responsibilities: * Organize information categorized by total sales, sales representatives, customers, regions, and customer satisfaction, aligned with the implementation of the commercial strategy within the team. * "Measure, monitor, and facilitate interpretation of progress toward objectives and targets (commercial, production, cost-related)." * Align information according to organizational growth and EBITDA margins (portfolio movement, higher sales, greater profitability, best-performing region, top-performing sales representative, primary drivers of customer satisfaction, sales gaps) across customers, regions, and sales representatives. * Comply with and ensure adherence to administrative and commercial procedures and guidelines, including strict monitoring of discounts and sales representatives’ commitments to customers. * Monitor the database of current customers, including sales projections derived from the CRM system. * Provide data and insights to support communications and branding initiatives in commercial and organizational cultural development. * Achieve established performance targets for the position. * Support the sales team in achieving its commercial goals and objectives. * Assist commercial advisors and the Sales Coordinator in drawing conclusions and interpreting data. * Support the Commercial Coordination team in evaluating the performance of commercial advisors. * Adhere to financial budgets and projections as defined by management directives, with an emphasis on strengthening EBITDA. * Project, estimate, and simulate strategies focused on marketing, niche markets, and potential target segments; additionally, develop predictive models and scenario analyses (e.g., competitor pricing, market growth, among others). * Prepare reports as established or requested by the Commercial Coordination team (e.g., visits, sales projections, individual sales closures). Requirements: * Degree in Business, Marketing, or Administration. * Professional experience in this role: 3 to 5 years. * Foundational knowledge of statistics, advanced Excel, and sales; experience in commercial, administrative, and sales matters. * Branding—Brand—Brand positioning. Database management, Power BI, AI. Salary: COP $3,000,000 + statutory benefits. Contract type: Fixed-term contract for 3 months, after which it becomes indefinite.
