




Position Summary: A Human Resources Assistant is required to support payroll administration, social benefits management, and human talent processes, including accounting reporting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support payroll administration and settlement, as well as social benefits management. 2. Prepare and analyze accounting reports under IFRS. 3. Manage payroll updates and inventory of staff supplies. COLTOLIMA LTDA requires a Human Resources Assistant who must perform the following functions: Support payroll administration and settlement, social benefits, and social security management. Process vacation settlements, bonuses, severance payments, and employee retirement settlements. Manage payroll updates, employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel changes in the system. Prepare and analyze accounting reports related to payroll and social benefits under IFRS. Submit and track medical leave certifications with EPS and ARL. Issue employment certificates, income certificates, and tax withholding certificates. Administer inventory and distribution of staff supplies. Prepare human resources management reports, vacation reports, birthday reports, and regulatory compliance reports. Support administrative and accounting processes related to human talent. · Requirements: Technical or technological degree in accounting and finance.
